FIA ERC Junior class competitors, before the season’s last event Rally Liepāja which will determine this year’s winner, will begin the race week with a mini-competition in the “Blue Shock Race” electric karting hall in Liepāja. The race is expected to be held Thursday, September 15, at 20.30.

Each of the drivers will have a few laps to set their best lap time.
On an interesting note, the final round of the European Rally Championship for these drivers will begin in the 160 metre long “Blue Shock Race” electric karting hall, and it will conclude with a 23 kilometre long “Blue Shock Race” special stage, which will go through the legendary Vecpils region roads.

From September 16 to 18, on the Liepāja and Kuldīga region roads, the FIA European Rally Championship Junior class competitors will compete in “Rally Liepāja”, the sixth and final round of the Junior championship, to determine the champion. Local fans will be rooting for Liepāja local Mārtiņš Sesks, and Nikolay Gryazin, who is competing with a Latvian Automobile Federation issued licence.
Each of this year’s five rounds has been won by a different driver. Thirteen crews will compete in “Rally Liepāja”, including the top seven drivers in the standings.
